Notes:

1. New users are defined as those who sing up on AscendEX for the first time during the event or those who registered before the start of the event but have not deposited funds into their futures accounts.
2. Cashback rewards are calculated based on the amount of funds deposited in the futures account for the first time and subsequent deposits will not be considered.
3. Cashback rewards will be unlocked in a ratio of 30:1 based on the futures trading fees generated during the event. For every 30 USDT in trading fees generated, 1 USDT in rewards will be unlocked. Any remaining unreleased rewards will become invalid after the event ends.
4. Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. The trading volume of sub-accounts will be counted towards their main account.
5. Cashback rewards will be distributed to eligible AscendEX accounts within 14 business days after the end of the event.

Any participants found violating AscendEX’s rules, such as the use of duplicate or false accounts, will be removed from the activities. AscendEX reserves the final rights to interpret and adjust these Terms and Conditions.
